The Apollo is a 65' x 22' limited-load sportfisher fishing out of Seaforth Landing in San Diego, with a maximum of 22 anglers on overnight, two-day, two-and-a-half-day and three-day trips for tuna, yellowtail and dorado. Captain Justin Ryan runs the boat. Holding the load to 22 leaves room to fish and a crew with time for everyone aboard. Trips are freelance, so the boat goes where the fish are. Meals and permits are additional, and passengers bring their own pillows and blankets. The Apollo also runs out of San Pedro in the spring and Puerto Vallarta in the winter.
